You will receive a course completion email, along with a PDF copy of your Certificate of Completion shortly after you successfully complete your course (if allowed by your state agency). AmericanCE will usually provide your course information to your state agency with 24 hours and you can also view/print/download a copy of your certificate of completion from your Course at any time (see image below - Course Passed and Score fields were cut from image so it would fit into this page).
You have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete your course, which is enforced to make sure courses taken by licensee’s are current. No refund or exchange will be allowed for expired courses.
